We’re looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to take ownership of finance, accounting and office administration within our employee-owned business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a hands-on role with real autonomy and influence. You’ll manage all core financial processes, support operational decision-making, oversee HR administration and line-manage our Administrator. The role offers strong long-term progression potential, including the opportunity to progress to Director level.
