Finance & Admin Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to take ownership of finance, accounting and office administration within our employee-owned business.  Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a hands-on role with real autonomy and influence.  You’ll manage all core financial processes, support operational decision-making, oversee HR administration and line-manage our Administrator.  The role offers strong long-term progression potential, including the opportunity to progress to Director level.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Management accounts, statutory accounts and cashflow forecasting
  • VAT, CIS, payroll and supplier payments
  • Cost, margin and performance reporting 
  • Supporting Contract Managers with financial control 
  • Oversight of HR administration and office processes

About you:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (or qualified by experience)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a management accounting role 
  • Strong attention to detail with the confidence to work independently
  • Construction/CIS experience an advantage
     

Salary: £40,000–£46,000
Hours: 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Office-based, Haggs (FK4 1HY)
